But no one was expecting the big reveal that Jason, Ethan, Quinn, and Detective Bailey were all revealed to be Ghostface killers at the start of the movie.
It all began when Jason murdered someone at the start of the movie, and his friend Greg was revealed to be a wannabe killer, though it is uncertain whether he has killed anyone. As a result, a hunt for Jason ensued as another Ghostface attempted to fulfil Richie's legacy from Scream 5. Richie's father, siblings, and stepmother were all driven by revenge against Sam Carpenter for her role in Richie's unmasking and death in Scream 5.
Greg and Jason's attraction to Richie led to a murderous rampage. Detective Bailey then reveals that Quinn switched the body in order to elude Mindy and Ethan's suspicions. All of the Ghostface killers were ultimately killed by their victims. Sam shot Quinn in the head, Tara stabbed Ethan in the mouth while Kirby finished him off with the same TV that killed Stu in the original Scream. Detective Bailey faced a gruesome fate as Sam stabbed him multiple times before piercing one of his eyes.
Needless to say, Scream 6 was a thrilling movie that kept us on the edge of our seats. It was full of twists and turns, and it was only fitting that all of the Ghostface killers faced their own deaths. We can't wait to see what's next in the Scream franchise.
