Crafting Food Items

Cooking in a Zero Sievert environment can be tricky – but with the right resources and know-how, you’ll be able to create delicious dishes. For starters, it’s important to have the right workbench, ingredients, Skills and Modules. Here’s a guide on how to cook in Zero Sievert.Choose your crafts and use your resources wisely for optimal results. Interact with the workbench on the left side of the bunker to select the type of item you wish to craft. Upon clicking on the item, an ingredients list will appear; if you have the necessary resources you may craft the item. Additionally, some items require certain Skills or Modules to craft. For instance, food items such as Cooked Meat, Meatballs and Stew with Meat and Beans require a Kitchen Module.

For restoring lost Hunger and Thirst points, two items are recommended: MREs, which give +40 Hunger and +20 Thirst, and Cooked Meat, which offers +30 Hunger and +10 Thirst. MREs can be crafted without the Kitchen Module while Cooked Meat requires the Kitchen Module.

Be sure to stock up on Soup with Beans and Vegetables, Bread, and Stew with Meat and Beans. All three of these food items give +30 Hunger and +20 Thirst, making them great options for restoring your health. For crafting these items, you’ll need the Kitchen Module.

If you’re in the mood for something a bit more substantial, try your hand at crafting some Meatballs. This item grants +45 Hunger and +30 Thirst, but you’ll need the Kitchen Module to craft it.

Finally, don’t forget about crafting Dried Fruits, which gives +20 Hunger and +10 Thirst. These can be crafted without the Kitchen Module.

Cooking in a Zero Sievert environment doesn’t have to be a challenge. With the right tools and knowledge, you’ll be able to craft delicious food items that will keep you nourished and energized. Choose your crafts and use your resources wisely for optimal results.
