Many people have recently complained about being unable to create Windows bootable devices using Rufus. This is most likely owing to Microsoft's heavy emphasis on security features such as TPM 2.0 and secure boot. However, there are a few methods you can try to fix Rufus not working in Windows.

Before you proceed, uninstall Rufus, restart your PV, reinstall Rufus as administrator, and check to see whether it works.

1. Download the newest Rufus.

• First, download the Windows 11 installation media and launch the tool.
• Accept the license agreement, then select the Windows version and USB flash drive.
• Finally, kindly wait while it downloads Windows files and then creates the bootable device.
