One of the new features that Fisch has received with the Ancient Aisle update is the ability to craft. This is a new way of obtaining fishing rods using a wide variety of materials, some of which can be pretty hard to come across. Here, therefore, is a rundown of steps necessary to get Driftwood in Fisch.

This resource is not that good in this Roblox experience, as all crafting ways require Driftwood with mutations like Lunar. The good news is that even the most basic resources can have mutations added with the help of the Appraiser NPC.

Fish: Where to Find Driftwood

First of all, Driftwood is a Trash rarity in Fisch. Because of this, it can be caught in a wide variety of habitats. This might lead a lot of players to believe that catching it is simple. In reality, though, things grow trickier because you'll need to fish like a madman or use crab cages to acquire driftwood in Fisch.

How to Catch Driftwood with a Fishing Rod

Although not immediately obvious, even a mediocre fishing rod will greatly increase your chances of success. It is therefore highly unlikely that you will catch Driftwood in Fisch while fishing in areas where there is a shortage of fish. The only way to fix this is to lower your stats.

We recommend using the Training Rod for this, which has a Luck of -70%. Both Magnet and Rapid Catchers are decent baits. The second one does not affect your luck in any way; it only gives Lure Speed. Moosewood pier is an excellent spot to fish at, just west of the Shipwright NPC.

The last thing I suggest is to cast your line as badly as possible. To catch Driftwood in Fisch, you want a poor catch, and this will lower your odds of getting one. This process will be quite time-consuming, so you should prepare for that. Though it is the rarest, it is extremely difficult to catch Trash, especially if you are an advanced player.

Methods for Using Crab Cages to Capture Driftwood

You won't need to cast your line for hours with this technique, making it a breeze. Getting crabs into cages is as simple as buying some and scattering them around. They are available at nearly all Merchants and only cost 45 Tokens, which is great news.

Remember, this type of fishing is not appropriate in all locations. You can use Fish Radar in order to help you select locations that aren't swarming with fish. Driftwood in Fisch can be caught one for every twenty crab cages.
