You can find Mamull in Genshin Impact on the southeast side of the Night Wind tribe Masters' house or southwest of the Statue of the Seven. The man will be standing on a wooden platform with an adult Iktomisaur. If you want to try to win the challenge, you must pay 500 Mora for each round.
