In the Gerudo Desert, for example, the Dohna Challenge was not accessible until the Gerudo Desert had been rid of the Fracture at the Gerudo Ruins.
Along with completing the main quest Rift in the Waters of Jabul, in which Zelda helps the River and Sea Zora chieftains stop fighting, another quest appears. This one features the two Zora chieftains again, but this time, they are not fighting; they are secretly plotting something and their assistants are concerned.
Echoes of Wisdom Secret Conversation with Leader Quest Location
Completing the main quest Rift in the Waters of Jabul, several quests appear at the Sea and River Zora hubs. To the right of the Sea Zora village, on a small island, players can find Rogma, assistant to the Sea Zora leader Kushara. He should have a little speech bubble above his head that says, "It is I who should."
Once the dialogue is triggered, Rogma will inform Zelda that he is concerned about the way Kushara has been acting. Sure enough, Kushara has been sneaking around and holding secret meetings with his old rival, Chief Dradd of the River Zora.
This is why he believes he has been avoiding him and asks Zelda to go find Chief Dradd to see what is going on.
Tutorial Quest Secret Conversations with the Boss
Take the Secret Conversations with the Boss quest, head north or teleport to the waypoint, to the River Zora Village. Enter the boss hut to find only Inawa, Dradd's assistant, there, genuinely concerned that Dradd has been holding secret meetings and avoiding her, but not knowing where he is.
Zelda is instructed to go ask other River Zoras if they have seen Dradd. One of those Zora will inform her that he received a letter and then suddenly ran away, but others will tell Zelda that one of the River Zora named Tellum would be the one who would know, but that he went fishing east of the River Zora Village.
Tellum's location isn't actually east of the River Zora Village, but rather a bit north of east. Go to the area marked above to find Tellum hiding in a corner, seemingly hiding in some bushes. You'll know you're close when you see his basket on the shore.
Tellum also doesn't know where Dradd is, but he thinks Dradd may have gone to Zora Cove, which is the place where Dradd and Kushara agreed to meet. It should already be marked on your world map, so head back to the Zora Coastal Village waypoint and then swim northeast to get there.
Head to the island cave to trigger a cutscene. It seems that Dradd and Kushara were secretly trying to find a way to show their gratitude towards Rogma and Inawa without either of them knowing.
Completing Secret Boss Conversations - Reward
Because she helped the two Zora Assistants figure out why the two bosses have been having secret conversations, Zelda will receive a new accessory as a reward: the Golden Brooch.
This Genie Accessory will further increase the chances of Rupees appearing when defeating enemies and clearing grass, which could be very useful if you ever need to make big purchases, such as upgrading the prices of the Great Fairy's accessory slots, which are continually increasing.
