Some spawn points can even be hidden behind a locked door, and that's just the case with Beyond the Red Meat Part 1. The task has a number of spawn points, and in case you have bad luck, it may spawn inside of a room that requires a key to open. How to complete Beyond the Red Meat Part 1 in Escape from Tarkov 

The quest Beyond the Red Meat Part 1 involves the following objectives: 

• Find out the culinary secrets in the restaurant Beluga in Streets of Tarkov 
• Deliver the found data 

The info the mission refers to is an object called Chef's Diary, which is located inside the restaurant Beluga in Klimov Street in Streets of Tarkov. There is one more restaurant off of Sewer River extract but that is not the one you want for the quest.

To reach Beluga Street, you can go right off the Streets of Tarkov to Pinewood Hotel, cross over Klimov Street until you see the above image. You may take Primorsky Ave and since it is the main street, it will be highly contested so that way will be more dangerous.

Streets of Tarkov Culinary Secrets - Chef's Diary Spawn Points 

Once in the restaurant Beluga, head to the second floor directly. The staircase is to the left of the main entrance as seen in the above picture.

Spawn Point 1

 The first spawn point is on the second-floor bar counter. You can jump over the bar counter to enter.

Appearance Point 2

 On the third floor, the second appearance point can be found, where another counter of the bar is located. Check underneath the counter beside the registers.

Appearance Point 3 

The third appearance point is on the third floor but inside the kitchen. Around the sink, you will find some cabinets; one of them has a partial openness. Inside that cabinet is the third appearance point.

Look point no.4 

The fourth look point is locked behind the office of the headmaster. You need the restaurant Beluga's headmaster's key. You can find the locked door next to the stairs or in the kitchen. Both doors are locked, but you need to open only one.

Getting the key is optional, since the chef's journal can pop up in three other places, too. If you don't want to play with luck, however, you can buy the key at the flea market before heading to an incursion.

Once you've got the chef's journal, you still have to survive and extract. You take a green flare and head to extraction on Klimov street, which should be the closest extraction to the Beluga restaurant.
