To activate the Villagers on Parade Friendship Quest, you will have to meet the following requirements:
Reached Friendship Level 10 with Tiana.
Daisy, Stitch, Anna, and Minnie Unlocked.
How to Complete Villagers on Parade in Dreamlight Valley
To initiate the quest Villagers on Parade, interact with Tiana. She will share her idea of having a typical Louisiana parade in the valley and will ask for your help to make it possible.
Ask Daisy to create a Parade Mask and craft New Orleans Parade Arch
First of all, find Daisy and discuss with her the Parade Float Mask. While she will be working on creating it, you will have to get ready with the New Orleans Parade Arch.
Materials you shall need:
10 Gold Ingots (from 5 Gold Nuggets and 1 Coal Ore)
15 Yellow Daisies can be found in Peaceful Meadow
15 Purple Marsh Milkweed can be found in Glade of Trust
15 Green Passion Lilies-obtained in Frosted Heights
Fashion New Orleans Parade Arch using the crafting table and give it to Tiana.
Dress Up for the Parade
Head to Skull Rock on Dazzle Beach, where Tiana is waiting for the parade to start. Open your Wardrobe to the Requests tab to see what you need to do to get ready. Find the Parade Float Mask made by Daisy and pick three Quirky or Bold outfits to finish getting into festive mode.
Follow Tiana and Collect Parade Throws
Once dressed, place the Parade Arch out by Skull Rock, and the parade will begin. Watch as Tiana parades through the valley, picking up Parade Throws that are placed around the Forest of Valor, Plaza, and Peaceful Meadow. When all Parade Throws are gathered, return to Skull Rock and present these to Tiana.
Place the Party Table
As a reward, Tiana will give you the Mardi Gras Dinner Party Table. You'll then need to place it on Skull Rock Island and take a group picture with villagers who joined in on the parade.
Sit down to eat and celebrate, then speak with Tiana to complete the quest. She'll thank you with some really nice clothes as a gift.
