How do you unlock secret units in Anime Vanguards?
Anime Vanguards has two very popular secret units at launch: Alocard from Hellsing and Igris from Solo Leveling. Both of these units are very hard to acquire since their drop rates are extremely low, which makes them highly praiseworthy among players.
Alocard can be directly summoned through the Summon portal, but his rarity outclasses even that of shiny units. His drop rate is roughly 0.04%, which means gaining him requires luck, persistence, and quite likely a heavy resource investment. Moreover, he can only be summoned if the character's level is able to reach level 10 or above.
Igris, on other hand, can be obtained after defeating the Legend version of act three in Double Dungeon. For this to happen, you have to go your way through the three acts in Sand Village and all three Legend acts. This challenge is tough; it demands a tactical approach, and skill levels are very high to successfully go through it. Once you have overcome the Legend stage, you will get a chance to get Igris by 0.75%. Of course, you could try again if you fail, but act three is a serious business.
Given the rarity and strength of such units, it is highly advisable to start working towards them as soon as possible, with the consideration of upgrading in the future. Spending on Lucky potions, which will increase the chances, can be quite expensive; don't forget that one has to be very patient and persistent in getting these coveted rewards.
