This skin is only unlocked when you complete the quest of taking down Followers or Henchmen. Here's how you can do this efficiently to continue working your way to the finish.

Target Tactical Grunts Castle Doom - Beat down the Tactical Grunts around you and kill them for contribution towards your quest. 

Look in Other Places: Henchmen also come up from The Raft, from Doom's Courtyard, or through Doomstadt. 

This will, of course, count towards your progression of killing players in Castle Doom or Doom's Courtyard when doing this quest in those areas.

Prepare Enough: Since these areas have a very huge number of players, ensure you are prepared with enough weapons and ammunition before engaging in a fight.

Focus on Killing the Player: In case there are other players when you are killing Henchmen, first defeat them so that they may not disturb you.

Look for Areas that Have Less Crowds: Look for places that have fewer people in them, so that you save time.

Hire and Discard a Follower: Hire a Follower and get rid of them, if that's what you would instead do. Sending them into the storm is subtle but may draw unnecessary attention by shooting them.
