This has helped me be more organized, less stressed, and better focused on priorities. The system has become invaluable for helping me manage time more effectively and work in healthier balance.

Notion is a great application for all forms of organization in my life. But for the basic day-to-day tasks, I love the efficiency of Google Tasks. The integration within the Google Workspace ecosystem, especially with Gmail, is just out of this world. With a single click, I can instantly turn any email into a task, which obviates the need for manually setting reminders. This does not only save me time but also keeps my tasks directly in line with my inbox.
