Within these weathered walls, you'll meet a ghostly pirate captain, Clawford, maddened by despair in his vain search for three pilfered books. Now you are left with only cryptic fragments of those books, and it is upon you to embark on the hazardous journey to uncover their encrypted clues. These elusive pages hold the key to uncover the hidden caves where it is believed that the coveted tomes will be concealed.

Lovepurr Chronicles Book One location in Cat Quest 3

Lovepurr's Cave is probably the most straightforward of all three locations in Cat Quest 3. Right behind the castle of Lovepurr itself, you cannot help but notice the line of loose pages leading into a save point on the nearby island. Just head into the cave and. well, dive right into your watery quest.

Timing is crucial as you wade through the flooded passages of Lovepurr's Cave, which are filled with spiky hazards. Faster ones will require you to time your jumps on a float that bobs up and down slowly. The cave forms a figure-eight with two loops; inside the loops lie switches to unlock shortcuts back to the front entrance. The second loop holds the end with the book you seek.

Keep an eye out for the two chests along the second loop containing a Gunner Eyepatch and gold.

Where to Find Lovepurr Chronicles Book Two

To the west of the Purvanna Plains lies Furrlorn Cave, the second important location in Cat Quest 3 on one's way to Lovepurr Castle. Stray pages of some book do enlighten adventurers with its entrance. Inside, players will move around in a circle, dodging spiked walls of death along the way. This section starts out on foot, but turns into watery floatation in the second half. Though the path is generally rather linear, there are three treasure chests to be found inside the cave. First is along the main path and contains a meager gold prize. A Gunner Eyepatch can be found in a southern alcove after the water section. A more powerful Meowchine Gun can now be claimed near the shortcut back to the entrance.

Where to Find Lovepurr Chronicles Book Three

The final location you will need to visit to complete the Lovepurr Castle quest is the dangerous Heartpurreak Cave on the Twilight Isles. This cave is to the right of a channel filled with spikes, east of Purvanna - where you'll find the third North Star tower -.

Warning: Heartpurreak Cave contains an extremely difficult boss fight. You'll be pitted against the huge Heartpurroken, a deadly spike trap that will relentlessly pursue you. Shortly after you think you have begun to get away, a second Heartpurroken will join in the pursuit. You can kill these lethal foes by leading them into the numerous small spike hazards littered around the cave. Their enormous size will make them smash into the obstacles, dealing significant damage. You can cast spells on them, but it's dangerous and not very effective. The doors in the cave now open and you can run around freely after both Heartpurrokens are defeated.

The third quest book is inside, on the right side of the lower part. Far to the left in the upper part is a treasure chest holding a Furrlintlock. Another one, containing a Firing Rate++ upgrade for your ship, stands on a little path south from the entrance.

How to Finish Lovepurr Castle in Cat Quest 3

Now that you have collected all of Lovepurr's chronicles, you are tasked with returning to the large Lovepurr Castle. The books will then be mounted on ornate plinths inside the castle. Interact with each one to unlock a unique dungeon full of challenging choices.

Conquer the first dungeon by showing your bravery: struggle against pi-rats and give sincere compliments to Priscilla. Show your wit in the second one: compose a plan, sneak into the enemy camp, and guard Priscilla. The last one demands honesty: force Clawford to confess his regrets and admit he has a brother and that person is the only relative he has. If you succeed in all trials, you will receive a chest at the end of each dungeon.
