Bolstering your heroes with really powerful weapons and gear is needed in order to triumph over greater challenges. This guide will equip you with the knowledge of how to get the best possible equipment for your characters and raise their ability levels through the roof.

How to Get Weapons & Gear Items in Sword of Convallaria

By playing through the game's main storyline, players will be able to unlock a base set of weapons and equipment, including trinkets and tarot whispers. Certain main story missions grant several items upon their first completion. This holds especially true for early-game rewards, the effectiveness of which really tapers off later in the game. The rub lies here: players need to turn to the gacha system if they want to equip themselves with truly formidable weaponry and gear to overcome challenges in the later stages. Legendary weapons and gear can only be summoned on the Mighty Weapons banner. This gacha system is found within the Summon Menu and uses Secret Fates, the same currency used to summon heroes. Although it is understandable to be drawn to the promise of mighty equipment, the real drop rates for higher tier items are pretty low. The breakdown goes as follows:

Epic Weapon: 50% 

Rare Weapon: 25% 

Common Weapon: 20%

Other Mighty Weapons banners also possess guaranteed pulls. Said system means that players will receive a legendary weapon or gear item after a certain number of summons. While these guaranteed pulls may require a heavy number of Secret Fates, since each summon costs one Fate.
