Now comes the true test: navigating the entirety of the world map on your Yellow Chocobo.  Remember, a simple circuit around the village won't suffice.  Meticulously traverse the entire world, ensuring you cover every corner of the map. Once you return to the southern region where the Phantom Village resides, the journey will be complete.

Claiming Your Prize:

Victorious after your global expedition, return to the man in the pub's storage area. He'll acknowledge your accomplishment and bestow upon you the coveted Mirage Vest, a testament to your perseverance and chocobo-riding prowess.

A Word of Caution:

Procrastination can prove costly in this quest. Entering the Void after initiating the challenge but before completing your world tour will cause the man to disappear, along with the chance to acquire the Mirage Vest through this method.

Alternative Routes:

While the Phantom Village offers a direct path to the Mirage Vest, it's not the only option. Later in the game, you can attempt to steal the vest from Oiseaurares, powerful avian enemies.  Alternatively, Tonberry encounters hold a rare chance of dropping the Mirage Vest.
