"The Way We Move" reveals the motivation behind our series of educational interviews aptly named "The Anti-Racist Talks". Created for the AR academy, the series was piloted by Ester Dias, our adidas Runners Rio de Janeiro captain, and supported by Ameerah Omar, adidas Runners NYC captain. The Anti-Racist Talks, comprised of exchanges with adidas Runners captains, coaches and community experts, each sharing their perspectives on what racism is, where it comes from and how it pervades almost every aspect of daily life. In Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, New York City, and Berlin, an array of personal experiences are shared and unpacked, driving discussion on how to build a more equitable future. The Anti-Racists Talks film is Ester's story. One that she guides us through with grace, incredible vulnerability and authenticity. Intertwined with scenes of movement, poetry, and truth, Ester shares her motivation to lead the project, deepening the dialogue around her everyday interactions with racism.
